Sessions/Workshop 

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first appointment. Our first encounter is the intake session.  During this time, we will talk candidly and determine if we are a good match to work together. If we determine that I am able to meet your needs, individual sessions will be scheduled. Individual psychotherapy sessions are 45-50 minutes in length.
